~ Abigail + Kenny ~

Sometimes on an ordinary Friday afternoon, life will give you a fairytale that is fit for the books. That is how I felt this past Friday when I came to photograph the wedding of Abigail & Kenny.

I have known Abigail's family for quite some years & there are very precious to me. I was actually the nanny for her cousins many years ago when they were babies and at times throughout the years. Last October, I came back to photograph their senior pictures (the young ladies I use to nanny for) and it was such a beautiful time! Abigail saw the pictures and loved them! She contacted me a few months later to talk about her wedding & pretty much the rest is history. We did an engagement session in August and it was probably one of my favorite sessions to date.

The day was sunny but WINDY!! We had to alter our plans a little bit; however, I am so happy with how everything turned out! Abigail and Kenny were so happy and giddy all day. The light that literally was GLOWING from them was beautiful.

Abigail did a father/brother first look and let me tell you.....ADORABLE!!!!! The look on their faces were priceless. The couple also decided to do a first look with each other which gave us more opportunities for Bride/Groom pictures! It was a private moment just to themselves that gave them an opportunity to take in the moment.

The ceremony was simple and fast. The wind made for a chill here and there but their love and sweet vows quickly added so much warmth to the moment. They radiated so much happiness and joy during the whole ceremony!

After signing the marriage licenses and sunset portraits, it was time to PARTY!! This group definitely knows how to dance, have fun, and make the night such an unforgettable experience.

Everything with this wedding was literally perfect. From the venue (Have Valley), to the flowers that Abigail made herself, her dress (GORGEOUS), the cake that matched her bouquet, the honeybee cufflinks(Kenny is a bee keeper!!), and everything else, I was privileged and honored to be a part of their day!

Congratulations Abigail + Kenny! I pray God blesses your new life together with many wonderful memories ahead!!
